When is an RWC required?
In Queensland, all horse floats, boat trailers, heavy-duty utility trailers, and caravans with an Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM) over 750kg must have a valid mobile safety certificate (RWC) before being sold, transferred, or re-registered.
